Over the last 15 years, I struggled with keeping my weight in a healthy range. I was at my biggest in July 2019. I weighed 295 pounds and didn’t realize I had gotten that big. I got down to 250 pounds, not by eating healthy, just drinking lots of water. So, I was losing not just fat but muscle, also.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you find that you can’t physically complete the exercises as shown, please let Taylor know so that he can modify them for you.
Each exercise comes with a video demonstration of how to do the technique correctly. If you still feel like you’re not doing it correctly, you can record yourself doing the exercise and submit it through the app.
You will have alternative exercise options in the notes.
Substitute that exercise for another option listed in the notes or do the next exercise given and then come back to the first one when it is available.
These exercises can be done at a gym or on home workout equipment. If you don’t own the recommended equipment, please let Taylor know so that he can modify your workout accordingly.
Not every week is going to be perfect. DON’T GET DISCOURAGED! When this happens, Taylor will make the proper adjustment for the next week for you to continue making consistent progress.
Stop doing the exercise! Nothing will set you back longer than an injury, even a minor one. Make a note of the type of pain you were feeling and Taylor will adjust the following week.
It depends on the severity of the injury. If it’s a minor injury, Taylor can work with you to rehabilitate it. If it’s severe, you can pause your program until you are able to exercise again. If you become injured, please contact Taylor to discuss your situation.
Weigh yourself once per week, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, on the same day and at the same time every week. Take a photo before you begin and take a photo each week every time you weigh in. Save these photos and compare them to each other each week. You’ll be amazed at the difference as your body composition changes.
When you enter your personal information, you will be able to indicate which days per week you plan to work out. (You can also say you’re not sure.) Within the 8-week transformation, there will be time to adjust your workout days up or down as needed.
THIS WILL HAPPEN AT SOME POINT! It is completely normal and expected. Most of the time, your weight may not change after 1 week then drop again the next week if you stick to the plan. But, if your weight doesn’t change for 2-3 weeks, it is time to make an adjustment which we will address in the group coaching call.
You will have quick, easy and healthy options for times you are too busy to make food.
Yes. It is going to take some time to adjust the frequency of the meals you’ll be eating. After the first week your appetite should increase significantly.
For the fastest results, no. Cheat meals will limit the amount of progress you make week to week. If you want to avoid an emotional meltdown when you step on the scale, DON’T CHEAT!
It’s important to stick to the nutritional values in the food plan, but modifications are available. Most meals already offer options, but if you have preferences, aversions, or allergies, you should be able to swap out similar foods. Ask Taylor if you have any questions.
